Suzuki Grand Vitara 2.5 LX 4X4, 625W 1999 Model, Central locking, steering high adjust, Aircon, electric mirrors & windows, manual transmission, 4x4 high and low, car on the road licensed till September 2021.

Recently both front-wheel hubs were removed all bearings replaced, disks skimmed installed with new brake pads. Both side`s CV`S replaced with new, Left-hand new control arm (old control arm with rubbers available) and right-hand side control arm rubbers replaced, stabilizing rod rubbers replaced, left and right-hand steering column ends replaced with new and wheel alignment done. Installed new shocks left and right front. Front fender inner trim available with the car, extra front bumper available at R1000, and all 5 wheels Goodyear wranglers.

New Radiator (Silverton) have done about 2000` km, Steel water pipe to engine replaced, new radiator cap, Engine new oil, new oil filter, radiator water replaced and rinsed and replaced with “anti-freeze”,

Rear suspension, driveshaft, petrol tank, exhaust, drag links, etc. stripped to naked under-body.

Under-body cleaned and stone chipped by hand x 2. Petrol tank re-installed with all new piping and tank petrol filter including filling line to the tank. Petrol tank and cover painted x2 with a stone chip. Front and rear fender wells stone chip treatment.

Brake drums skimmed, painted, and re-installed with refurbished brake shoes, all brake lines bleed, reconnected, and filled with new brake fluid.

Driveshaft stone chipped, diff oil replaced, and painted stone chip, including all brake lines and fittings. Drag links etc. Installed and stone chipped, rear shocks installed Gabriel safari`s, painted yellow. New Rear Springs installed with higher spec spring to handle more weight at the back not to sag with 3 persons seated.

Body resprayed completely with OME paint from Mazda (red) and carry a lifetime guarantee from the paint shop. All body cladding & bumpers received the same treatment in gunmetal grey. All body cladding received a new cladding strip all around in silver.

New Rear door handle, new rubber for the back door, new rear window rubber. Rear entrance plastic trim replaced with new.

All glass was removed for paintwork and smash and grab tinting was installed all around while the glass was out of the car.

The car has done less than 500km since all this work was completed.
